Natalie Enniks
Co-founder & Managing Director

Natalie’s experience spans nearly two decades working in healthcare, with the last 14 years specialised in healthcare advertising.

Formerly the Head of Health & Partner at BBH, Natalie spearheaded the impressive growth of the health practice, both by leading new business in health and managing the growth of the team, both in the UK and the US.

Natalie’s career started out within the NHS as a clinical scientist before making the leap to advertising. Since then she has accumulated experience across a multitude of therapy areas, collaborating with many top pharmaceutical companies on both  global and US launches.

As co-founder and Managing Director of Atomic Matter, Natalie is excited to infuse the agility and innovative spirit of an independent agency with the talent and experience grown from within some of the biggest names in our industry.

Frankie Everson
Co-founder & Head of Strategy

With over a decade of experience in healthcare communications, Frankie has collaborated with multiple companies and brands across diverse therapeutic areas, all the way from consumer and animal health through to specialisms like oncology, respiratory, and cardiology.

As former Strategy Lead at BBH and Head of Strategy at VCCP Health, as well as recent winner of Management Today’s 35 women under 35, Frankie has played a pivotal role in shaping and elevating some of the world's most renowned pharma brands, at every phase in the life cycle - from pre-launch market shaping through to loss-of-exclusivity.

Now as the Head of Strategy at Atomic Matter, her focus remains unwavering: harnessing the transformative power of creativity and storytelling to drive brand growth. Central to her approach is a passion for placing the customer at the heart of every endeavour, and a deep-seated belief that this is critical to delivering effectiveness.

Paul Foster
Co-founder & Executive Creative Director

A specialist in healthcare advertising since 2010, Paul has headed up large creative departments in both Milan and London. This includes leadership roles at Sudler (now VML), Saatchi Wellness and BBH, before co-founding and becoming ECD of Atomic Matter.

Originally a copywriter on household consumer brands, Paul fell into healthcare after taking a branding brief for Johnson & Johnson. He has since developed a passion for building pharma brands from scratch, creating fresh, convention-defying visual identities and creative campaigns that help brands stand out from the crowd and stand the test of time.

A winner of multiple awards for his creative work, Paul is also a keen believer in developing and promoting exciting new talent. He continues to mentor a number of healthcare and non-healthcare creatives and brought his experience to the juries for the PM Society Awards and Clio Health Awards in 2024.
